Pierre-Yves Calloc’h is a technology entrepreneur, board member, and former global executive with more than 25 years of experience leading digital transformation, artificial intelligence, data strategy, and business growth across international markets. Throughout his career, Pierre-Yves Calloc’h has held senior leadership positions spanning Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific, combining deep technological expertise with operational leadership and commercial responsibility.

Most recently, Pierre-Yves Calloc’h served as Chief Digital Officer at Pernod Ricard, where he led the Group’s global AI and digital transformation agenda across more than 30 markets. Under his leadership, AI initiatives delivered significant business value, while new digital ventures, e-commerce platforms, and strategic partnerships accelerated growth beyond traditional business models. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Colombia and Venezuela, overseeing business expansion, navigating complex regulatory environments, and successfully leading operations through periods of economic and political uncertainty.

A graduate of École Polytechnique and Singularity University, Pierre-Yves Calloc’h is recognised for his ability to translate technological disruption into practical business opportunities. He is a Supervisory Board Member of Jumia Group, advisor to leading technology and innovation organisations, and a frequent speaker at major international events including Web Summit, VivaTech, and The Economist conferences.

Today, Pierre-Yves Calloc’h is building Paradygma, a technology venture focused on enhancing executive decision-making through AI and advanced data intelligence.
