About Marc Amerigo

Marc Amerigo is an engineer-entrepreneur, international keynote speaker, and record-breaking project leader who brings together the worlds of industrial innovation and extreme sports performance. Over the past three decades, Marc Amerigo has led complex engineering and transformation projects across sectors including aeronautics, nuclear energy, automotive, petrochemicals, construction, and shipbuilding, while simultaneously pursuing world-class achievements in high-speed sports and technological experimentation.

After beginning his career with major corporations such as Airbus and Renault, Marc Amerigo chose an entrepreneurial path, focusing on the intersection of high performance and eco-responsibility. Marc Amerigo has supervised multidisciplinary teams, driven innovation initiatives, and contributed to the development of fourteen patents across industrial and mobility sectors.

Marc Amerigo is also co-founder of the Zephir Project with world-champion windsurfer Antoine Albeau, a technological and human adventure exploring sustainable speed and energy efficiency. Drawing from experiences that include nine world speed records in extreme sports, Marc Amerigo translates lessons from extreme environments into practical leadership insights.

Through powerful storytelling and pragmatic frameworks — including his “seven pillars of success” — Marc Amerigo helps organizations build trust, strengthen collective performance, and innovate responsibly in complex and uncertain environments.

In March 2025, Marc Amerigo published his first book, The Quest of UltraPerformance – Uniting Technology, Humans and Environment: A Realistic Utopia.
