About Malene Rydahl

Malene Rydahl is a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), focusing on well-being and performance. She consults and speaks for major French and multinational corporations and frequently appears at international institutions and elite schools such as the OECD, ENA, and INSEAD. Rydahl also lectures on well-being and performance at HEC Executive Education and Sciences Po Paris.

Certified as an executive coach from Manning Inspire in Copenhagen, she offers programs for CEOs and managers aimed at improving engagement, well-being, and performance. With 18 years of corporate experience, she most recently served as Director of Corporate Communication for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in EMEA, earning recognition as one of the “24 women of the year” by L’Express.

Rydahl co-founded 42° Raw, a pioneering plant-based fast-food brand in Europe. She authored the best-selling book Happy as a Dane, exploring why Danish people are among the happiest in the world, and its impact on leadership and organizational well-being. Her other works include Le Bonheur sans illusions and Je te réponds…moi non plus, addressing happiness and communication in the digital age.

A graduate of Niels Brock Business School of Copenhagen, Rydahl was honored with the medal of Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in 2018 and holds the title of Goodwill Ambassador to Copenhagen. Born in Denmark, she has resided in Paris for over 25 years.
