
Benjamin Chaminade is an international specialist in leadership, innovation culture, and the impact of digital on the private sector. He is an entrepreneur, author, and consultant. Chaminade began his career as an Attraction Manager at Disneyland Paris, where he discovered that culture and people are the keys to an efficient organization. This realization led him to create Aditia, a Human Resources consulting firm specializing in employee loyalty and engagement. He has authored two books: Identify and Retain Your Talented Employees and Become a Reference Employer.
Chaminade later moved to Australia, where he launched C3job, the first job site specializing in customer relations, which became the country’s fourth-largest job site before being acquired the following year. He then co-founded Big Fish, a startup focused on recruitment, and InsideHR, a series of tools designed to improve employee motivation and commitment. After spending ten years in Australia, Chaminade began traveling and giving talks worldwide.
Upon returning to France, he took on a new project, taking over Technoraid, a rally-raid competition stable and the maker of the 4WD 400hp Renovatio. Simultaneously, he launched several blogs about intergenerational management, discussing Generation Y and innovation. In 2014, he became the curator of Creative-Day, an annual event focused on corporate innovation culture.
