Vineet Nayar is the Founder and Chairman of Sampark Foundation and the former CEO of HCL Technologies. He is also the author of the acclaimed management book Employees First, Customers Second: Turning Conventional Management Upside Down. Driven by the concept of “Innovation led large scale social change,” Nayar co-founded Sampark Foundation with his wife, Anupama Nayar. The foundation is currently transforming the learning outcomes of 3 million children in 50,000 schools across Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, and Ladakh, making it one of the world’s largest primary school transformation initiatives.
