He is also the author of the acclaimed management book Employees First, Customers Second: Turning Conventional Management Upside Down. Driven by the concept of “Innovation led large scale social change,” Nayar co-founded Sampark Foundation with his wife, Anupama Nayar. The foundation is currently transforming the learning outcomes of 3 million children in 50,000 schools across Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, and Ladakh, making it one of the world’s largest primary school transformation initiatives.
