About Henry Rose Lee

Henry Rose Lee is one of the few inter-generational diversity experts dedicated to enhancing the contribution and performance of young talent in today’s workplace. Author of three books focused on maximizing the potential of Generation Z and Millennials, Henry busts myths and provides practical strategies for attracting, recruiting, engaging, and retaining young employees.

With 15 years of experience in business development and sales, followed by 17 years as a qualified Human Resource consultant and Master Coach, Henry has developed diagnostic tools to understand human motivation and generational attitudes and behaviors at work. Her diverse background also includes two years at Pinewood Studios as a voice-over artist and communications & learning specialist for business TV and online learning.

Henry’s global clients span various industries, including technology, housing, pharma, finance, manufacturing, and retail. They appreciate her entertaining yet pragmatic style, which balances information and inspiration. She delivers immediately usable tools and techniques to harness the potential of a multigenerational workforce, comprising up to five generations—from The Silent Generation to Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Gen Z.

Henry Rose Lee offers keynotes, diagnostics, consulting, masterclasses, workshops, and coaching to ensure diversity and inclusion across all employee age groups. Her work enhances communication, increases collaboration, and inspires employees of all ages to perform their best, whether working remotely, in a bricks-and-mortar setting, or in a hybrid environment.

Interestingly, while working at Pinewood Studios, Henry was once told off by “Dracula” (Christopher Lee). Despite being face-blind (prosopagnosia), she can tell if someone is lying just by listening to their voice or observing their body language.
